UBD Enhances Maritime Research Collaboration with MPABD Through MoU

The Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam (MPABD) and Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) have formalized their collaboration in the maritime sector by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
