KIMEP Job Fair 2026 Celebrates Anniversary Edition Connecting Students, Graduates, and Leading Employers in Almaty
KIMEP University successfully hosted the anniversary edition of the KIMEP Job Fair 2026 at the Palace of the Republic, celebrating 30 years of connecting students and graduates with leading employers. The event has grown into one of Central Asia’s largest career platforms, attracting more than 2,200 registered participants, including over 1,200 attendees who participated in person.
A total of 108 companies from industries such as finance, FMCG, IT, consulting, aviation, and the public sector joined the fair. Major employers including Air Astana, Mars, and Evrika actively engaged with students and young professionals through networking sessions, mini-interviews, and recruitment activities.
The fair featured an open inter-university format, welcoming participants not only from KIMEP University but also from SDU University, Narxoz University, and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Approximately 35% of registrations came from students of other institutions, highlighting the event’s regional significance.
Interactive activities such as the Job Journey program, prize draws, and direct recruiter engagement enhanced the experience. Organized by the KIMEP University Career Center since 1996, the fair continues to strengthen career readiness, industry collaboration, and employment opportunities for graduates in a competitive global workforce.
