Universiti Putra Malaysia Strengthens Global Academic Presence at Global Education Conclave 2026, Advancing EduVerse Leadership, Digital Integration, and International Partnerships
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) reinforced its global engagement and internationalisation strategy through active participation in the Global Education Conclave 2026 held in India. Representing the university, PLC. Gs. Ts. Dr. Mohammad Mujaheed Hassan contributed as a panelist in a high-level discussion on “Leadership in the EduVerse,” highlighting the evolving role of academic leaders in a digitally connected global education ecosystem. He emphasised the importance of strategic partnerships, digital integration, and interdisciplinary collaboration in preparing future-ready graduates capable of addressing complex global challenges. A key milestone of UPM’s participation was the formalisation of a strategic collaboration with Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC University), aimed at strengthening academic cooperation through student mobility, joint programmes, and knowledge exchange. The conclave also enabled UPM to expand its international network and explore new opportunities in research collaboration and academic exchange, further positioning the university as a globally connected institution committed to innovation, sustainability, and academic excellence.
