Chulalongkorn University Hosts IPTRS 2026, Uniting Global Experts to Advance Research, Innovation, and Collaboration in Physical Therapy and Health Sciences

Chulalongkorn University, through its Department of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, successfully hosted the 12th International Physical Therapy Research Symposium 2026 (IPTRS 2026), bringing together global experts, researchers, and practitioners under the theme “Bridging Science and Movement for a Healthier Tomorrow.” Held in Bangkok, the international conference served as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, highlighting the latest advancements in physical therapy research, clinical practice, and innovation in health sciences. Co-hosted by 12 leading institutions, the symposium featured distinguished keynote speakers from across Asia and showcased 47 high-quality research presentations in both oral and poster formats. The event also celebrated academic excellence, with students from Chulalongkorn University earning multiple awards for outstanding research contributions. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and international collaboration, IPTRS 2026 reinforces the university’s role as a regional and global hub for advancing physical therapy research, promoting evidence-based practice, and shaping the future of healthcare through innovation and collaboration.
