Professional Development Programme Launched for Legal Personnel of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services

The Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has launched a series of short-term fee-based professional development courses for legal personnel employed within the Ministry’s system. The initiative is implemented under Presidential Decree No. PF–141, issued on 21 August 2025, to strengthen legal expertise across the public sector.
The programme is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge of current legislation while developing the practical skills required to address legal challenges in public administration. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical training, participants will explore key topics including recent legislative reforms, legal risk management, contractual legal relations, judicial practice, and legal expertise in government operations.
Training is delivered by distinguished professors and lecturers from the Academy of Justice, alongside experienced judges from the courts of Tashkent City and Tashkent Region. Their expertise provides participants with valuable insights into the application of legal principles in real-world situations.
The courses employ interactive learning methods, including case study analysis, practical discussions, and collaborative exercises, to encourage active participation and professional growth. The programme reflects Uzbekistan’s ongoing commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and improving the quality and effectiveness of legal services within public administration.
