A gathering of alumni from Multimedia University (MMU) took place during the Alumni Reconnect session at the MMU Family Festive Gathering in Penang on February 9, 2026. This event was co-organized by Yayasan Universiti Multimedia and the Centre for Alumni, with the objective of facilitating reconnections among former students.

The event featured notable attendees, including Tun Dato’ Seri Zaki Tun Azmi, the MMU Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Universiti Multimedia, who welcomed participants and provided updates regarding the university’s recent developments. Additional speakers included Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, the MMU President, as well as YB Tuan Zairil Khir Johari, Penang State EXCO for Infrastructure, Transport, and Digital, along with other alumni and university leaders.
