The opening ceremony brought together university executives, faculty members, industry leaders, and students from multiple disciplines.
The program was inaugurated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dumrong Adunyarittigun, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Orapan Yolrabil, Vice Rector for Strategic Collaboration and Enterprise Value Creation, alongside representatives from the Sahapattana Group, including Ms. Urairat Wattanasangonsak and Dr. Pornanong Meepoomru.
“SEED TO SUCCESS” is designed to enhance experiential learning by allowing students to gain hands-on experience beyond the classroom. The initiative emphasizes teamwork, creativity, communication, and problem-solving through a design thinking approach, preparing students for evolving workforce demands.
The program aligns with Thammasat University’s TU IMPACT framework, which focuses on producing adaptable graduates equipped with technological and AI integration skills. Students from seven faculties, including engineering, science, commerce, journalism, fine arts, and international studies, are participating in the two-month pilot program, which will conclude with a showcase event at Sathufair.
University leaders highlighted the initiative as a bridge between academic learning and real-world application, aiming to cultivate a new generation of graduates ready for global and industry challenges.
