Hacettepe University is strengthening its commitment to academic excellence by providing comprehensive support opportunities for high-performing students throughout their university journey. Students who select Hacettepe University as their first choice and achieve top positions in the national YKS (Higher Education Institutions Examination) rankings will receive various benefits based on their ranking.
Students placed among the top 10 in Turkey’s YKS rankings will receive the highest level of support, including free accommodation in university residences, a three-meal daily allowance, the Hacettepe Athletic Sports Scholarship, computer support, and priority opportunities for entrepreneurship activities at Hacettepe Technopark.
Students ranked within the top 100 will also benefit from free accommodation, meal support, sports scholarships, computer assistance, and priority access to entrepreneurship opportunities. Meanwhile, students achieving positions within the top 1,000 will receive free accommodation, meal allowances, and support for establishing ventures through Hacettepe Technopark.
The university’s achievement grants will continue throughout the standard duration of students’ programmes, including the preparatory year, provided that they maintain a minimum academic average of 2.75.
