Qatar University Organizes Annual Seminar to Enhance Preceptor Development in Pharmacy Education

Qatar University’s College of Pharmacy, through its Experiential Education Team, organized its annual Preceptor Development Seminar accredited under Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, followed by an appreciation dinner recognizing its educational partners and training preceptors.
The initiative reflects the College’s continued commitment to strengthening pharmacy education, improving experiential training quality, and enhancing collaboration with healthcare institutions across Qatar. The seminar focused on developing the skills of preceptors, encouraging the exchange of professional expertise, and fostering a supportive learning environment that prepares pharmacy students for future roles in the healthcare sector.
In addition to professional development sessions, the event highlighted the importance of partnerships between academia and healthcare providers. The appreciation dinner served as a platform to honor preceptors and institutional partners for their contributions to student training and professional readiness.
