Universitas PGRI Madiun Holds Socialization on New JAD Assistant System with Prof. Dr. Ir. Achmadi Susilo

Universitas PGRI Madiun held a socialization session on the new Lecturer Academic Position Assistance System (Jabatan Akademik Dosen/JAD) at Graha Cendekia on Tuesday (12/5). The event featured Prof. Dr. Ir. Achmadi Susilo, M.S., a senior academic and professor from Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, as the keynote speaker.
The program was attended by Rector Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., along with university leaders and lecturers. This initiative responds to Director of Resources Letter No. 1116/DST/B4/DT.04.01/2026 concerning adjustments to the evaluation timeline for Lecturer Promotion submissions to Associate Professor and Professor levels for Wave I of 2026.
The revised schedule aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability through the SISTER system. It also introduces differentiated provisions for non-retirement-age lecturers and those entering retirement between July 2026 and January 2027, with separate scheduling rules for the latter group.
Key timelines for non-BUP submissions include proposal withdrawal until 30 May 2026, assessment from 3–30 June 2026, revision submission from 3–10 July 2026, and final validation and evaluation processes extending into August 2026. New requirements also mandate detailed similarity check documents, including excluded sources and verification protocols to ensure academic integrity.
The initiative aligns with national SDGs goals and supports the “Kampus Berdampak” vision, reinforcing institutional commitment to academic excellence. Notably, 12 of 30 study programs at Universitas PGRI Madiun have achieved Excellent accreditation, with three programs newly added in 2026.
