Thammasat and SCG on Knowledge & Human Resource Development

Thammasat collaborates with Siam Cement Group to develop knowledge and skills for students in real work environments through internships and cooperative education.
Thammasat University, in collaboration with Siam Cement Group (SCG), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) focusing on the development of human resources, cooperative education internships, and support for educational development. The agreement was signed by Professor Dr. Supasawad Chardchawarn, the Rector of Thammasat University, and Mr. Thammasak Sethaudom, the President of Siam Cement Public Company Limited, with executives from both parties present as witnesses at the SCG 100 Year Building, Thai Cement Road, Bang Sue Sub-district, Bang Sue District, Bangkok.
Professor Dr. Supasawad Chardchawarn, the Rector of Thammasat University, stated that Thammasat is committed to developing graduates who possess knowledge, skills, and virtues, which will be a vital force in the nation’s development. Collaboration with various organizations, such as Siam Cement Group, will enhance cooperation in human resource development and effectively respond to the country’s needs.
Thammasat University and Siam Cement Public Company Limited aim for this collaboration to drive the development of knowledge and create quality learning opportunities, which will lead to the development of personnel with the potential to propel the economy and society of the country forward.
