Curtin University Malaysia Celebrates 331 Graduates, Showcasing Resilience, Excellence, and Future-Ready Talent

Curtin University Malaysia celebrated the achievements of 331 graduates in 2026, highlighting its role in developing resilient, industry-ready talent. The graduation ceremony, held on 17 April at the Recreation & Event Centre, saw 256 graduates walk the stage in a milestone moment.

Among them was Kenzon Yeoh, a Bachelor of Computing (Cyber Security) graduate with visual impairment, whose journey reflected determination and perseverance. The cohort included 266 bachelor’s, 52 master’s, 11 doctoral graduates, and two graduate certificate recipients, showcasing the university’s growing academic and research strength. Degrees were conferred by David Lock.

University leaders praised graduates for their potential to drive change, while also acknowledging the support of families and faculty. The celebration concluded with an Alumni Awards and Homecoming Dinner, recognising outstanding alumni contributions and strengthening Curtin’s global community.
