Leadership and Innovation Training Workshops by Ateneo Blue Nest Held at All aBOARD EXPO QC ’26
Ateneo Blue Nest, the official startup incubator of Ateneo de Manila University under the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO), successfully concluded its Experiential Leadership & Innovation Training Ecosystem (ELITE) Workshops at All aBOARD Expo sa QC ’26, Southeast Asia’s largest board game convention.
Held on 30–31 May 2026 at the Quezon City M.I.C.E. Center, the workshops introduced a dedicated leadership and innovation learning track using strategy-based board games as experiential learning tools. The sessions demonstrated how gameplay can enhance leadership skills, decision-making, collaboration, and systems thinking.
Participants engaged in structured activities using popular games such as Catan, Modern Art, Cascadia PH (Kalikasan), and Cities. Each session was designed around thematic leadership concepts, including resource management, valuation under uncertainty, sustainability, and urban systems design.
More than 40 participants across both days explored real-world leadership challenges through guided reflection and collaborative play. The program highlighted how experiential learning can bridge theory and practice in innovation education.
