Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University and the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Court of Justice

On 25 August 2021, the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University joined with the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Office of the Court of Justice in the online signing of a memorandum of understanding via Zoom in which e-Signatures were used.  The objectives were to promote the settling of disputes through arbitration and to develop courses for people who are interested in registering as the Institute’s arbitrators. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Munin Pongsapan, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, and Dr. Worrawong Atcharawongchai, Director-General, TAI, and Court of First Instance Judge, Office of the President of the Supreme Court, joined in the signing of the memorandum of understanding with Dr. Amnart Tangkiriphimarn, Assistant Dean, Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, and Mr. Seksan Kaewsawang, Office Director, Thai Arbitration Institute, attending the event as witnesses to the ceremony at the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Court of Justice.
