National Taipei University Strengthens Industry-Academia Collaboration Through TOP Co-Creation Program with 104 Job Bank Career Academy

National Taipei University (NTPU) continues to advance career-focused education through its partnership with the 104 Job Bank Career Academy, culminating in the final presentation of the TOP Co-Creation Program held on 9 June at the College of Public Affairs on the Sanxia Campus.

Designed as a credit-bearing course for students in the Department of Public Administration and Policy, the programme integrates academic learning with industry practice by engaging students in real-world business and organisational challenges. Throughout the academic year, participants collaborated in teams to develop practical solutions, applying theoretical knowledge while strengthening critical thinking, communication, and project management skills.

The final presentations were evaluated by faculty members alongside professionals from LINE Bank, JKG Communication Group, CSRone Sustainability Think Tank, and 104 Job Bank Career Academy. Their feedback provided students with valuable insights into industry expectations and professional standards, further enhancing the authenticity of the learning experience.

The programme has already demonstrated measurable outcomes. Two third-year students secured competitive internship placements with JKG Communication Group in the Public Policy and Corporate Communications divisions, highlighting the effectiveness of industry-engaged learning in preparing graduates for diverse career pathways.

By embedding experiential learning within the curriculum and fostering meaningful partnerships with industry, National Taipei University continues to equip students with the practical competencies, professional networks, and adaptability required to thrive in an evolving global workforce. The initiative reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to enhancing graduate employability while strengthening collaboration between higher education and industry.
