Excellence: A Journey Toward the Future to Be Held by the Deanship of Development and Quality

Under the patronage of the Acting President of King Saud University, Professor Ali bin Mohammed Masmali, the Deanship of Development and Quality will host an event titled “Excellence: A Journey Toward the Future” on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the University’s Video Communication Broadcasting Hall at 10 a.m.
The virtual event will focus on technological excellence and future-oriented innovation, bringing together academic perspectives and student achievements in a dialogue-driven format. It will be moderated by Dr. Hanan Abdulaziz Alolaiyan, Vice Dean for Quality Affairs at the Deanship of Development and Quality.
The session will feature student speaker Leen Mishaal Al-Harbi, a Software Engineering student from the College of Computer and Information Sciences. The event will be broadcast through King Saud University’s official platforms, including YouTube and the X (formerly Twitter) channel.
Leen Al-Harbi is recognized for her outstanding academic and research achievements, having received multiple international and national awards. Her honors include a gold medal at an international invention competition, several international awards from Canada and Taiwan, and top positions in university-level research forums. She has also been recognized by the Deputy Minister of Health for her innovative contributions.
The event highlights King Saud University’s commitment to fostering excellence, innovation, and student engagement in shaping the future of technology and research.
