MSU and MOTAC Forge Strategic Partnership to Enhance Malaysia’s Tourism and Education

Management and Science University (MSU) has established a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) to promote advancements in education, culture, and tourism within Malaysia. This collaboration will primarily involve the School of Hospitality and Creative Arts, which is anticipated to play a significant role in fostering the country’s tourism development.
Formalization of the Partnership
The formalization of this partnership occurred on October 29, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at MSU’s main campus located in Shah Alam. The agreement was signed by Dato’ Shaharuddin Abu Sohot, the Secretary General of MOTAC, and Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Dr. Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, President and Founder of MSU.
Post-Signing Activities
Following the signing ceremony, representatives from MOTAC toured both MSU and the MSU Medical Centre, which facilitated further interaction between the two institutions.
Objectives of the Partnership
This partnership is designed to enhance the objectives of both MSU and MOTAC, aiming to stimulate growth in Malaysia’s tourism sector through collaborative educational initiatives and creative arts programs.
