Paragon International University Partners with Zion International School of Phnom Penh (ZISPP) through MOUs
On June 12, 2025, Paragon International University entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Zion International School of Phnom Penh (ZISPP). The agreement was signed by Mr. Bulat Akhmetkarimov, the Rector of Paragon International University, and Mr. Scott Balliet, Vice Director of ZISPP.
Partnership Objectives
The partnership aims to create a framework for collaboration that includes providing tuition scholarships for ZISPP students and promoting joint academic initiatives between the two institutions.
Campus Tour 2025
In conjunction with the signed agreement, Paragon International University organized a Campus Tour 2025. This event offered prospective students a chance to familiarize themselves with university life and explore the various academic programs available.
