Forum President Fayez Al-Saudi described Hewar as a platform for responsible expression and constructive intellectual engagement, rooted in the belief that culture plays a central role in shaping society and its future. He stressed the forum’s mission to promote creativity, citizenship, and mutual respect through structured cultural and intellectual programs.

A symposium titled “Changing Meanings of Values and Their Impact on Social Behaviour” accompanied the launch, featuring policymakers and education experts. Discussions focused on how digital transformation and globalization are reshaping value systems, emphasizing the need for balance between modernization and cultural continuity.
