Dr. Dasho Sonam Kinga, Special Envoy of His Majesty the King of Bhutan, headed a high delegation to visit the Thammasat Rangsit campus and were greeted by the Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, the Assistant Rector for International Affairs, and the Dean and executives from the Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies.
The Thammasat hosts delivered presentations which featured information on the “Center of Excellence – CoE” by the Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, the “88 SANDBOX: The Next Unicorn Platform” by the Assistant Rector for International Affairs, and “Community Development and Skill Training Projects” by the Dean of the Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies.
The delegation wrapped up its tour with a visit to the Center of Excellence in Creative Engineering Design and Development (CED) at the Faculty of Engineering whose purpose is to develop innovations in the field of engineering to support patients, the elderly and disabled people in the healthcare system as well as for commercial purposes.
