Khalifa University to Celebrate Class of 2026 at Graduation Ceremony Under UAE President’s Patronage

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, Khalifa University of Science and Technology will celebrate the achievements of 1,066 graduates during its 2026 graduation ceremony at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi on 17 and 18 June.

Held under the theme “We Will Emerge Stronger”, in alignment with the UAE’s Year of Family 2026, the ceremony will recognise students who have successfully completed undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and medical degree programmes across the university’s three colleges.

On the first day, 742 undergraduate and 91 master’s students will receive their degrees. The second day will honour 193 PhD graduates, 40 Doctor of Medicine (MD) graduates, and 173 undergraduate students graduating with honours, including those achieving the highest academic distinctions.

Professor Ebrahim Al Hajri, President of Khalifa University, said the occasion celebrates not only the graduates but also the families and faculty members who supported them throughout their academic journey. He noted that the university’s graduates are equipped to transform research into innovation, contributing to the UAE’s economic growth and scientific advancement.

The Class of 2026 includes 634 graduates from the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, 228 from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, and 204 from the College of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, reflecting Khalifa University’s growing impact on higher education and research excellence.
