Canadian University Dubai Delegation Visits Uzbekistan State World Languages University
A delegation from Canadian University Dubai visited Uzbekistan State World Languages University on 25 April 2026 to explore opportunities for academic collaboration. The meeting was attended by university leaders, including Rector I. Tukhtasinov, alongside Avaz Baenkhanov, founder of Amazing SilkRoadia Official Travel Agency.
Discussions centred on strengthening partnerships within the Silk Road Universities Network, with a focus on joint doctoral supervision, collaborative research publications in internationally indexed journals, and faculty development initiatives. Both sides also explored the introduction of joint academic programmes, student exchange opportunities, and seasonal educational camps.
The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to expand cooperation through new joint projects and deepen engagement with institutions across the Silk Road Universities Network, reinforcing international academic ties and promoting cross-border knowledge exchange.
