Ateneo Teams Up with Placement International to Expand Global Career Pathways for BS REnt Graduates
On 14 April 2026, Ateneo de Manila University, through its John Gokongwei School of Management, formalized a new partnership with Placement International to expand global opportunities for BS Restaurant Entrepreneurship (BS REnt) students. The Memorandum of Understanding marks a significant step in strengthening international career pathways for graduates.
The agreement was signed by BS REnt Program Director Dr. Annalisa Mariano-Diaz and witnessed by internship coordinator Leofel Vergara. Placement International was represented by CEO Thomas Riveyran, who attended the ceremony from Barcelona, alongside Business & Partnership Development Officer Sherrinah Cuenca.
Through this collaboration, students will gain access to international internships in prestigious establishments, including luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across major U.S. cities. Beyond global exposure, the initiative aims to equip graduates with world-class skills and industry experience, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the Philippine hospitality sector.
