Eastern Mediterranean Career Fair (DABKAF’26) Connects Students with Industry Leaders
The Eastern Mediterranean Regional Career Fair (DABKAF’26), organized in coordination with the Turkish Employment Agency and in partnership with Tarsus University, successfully connected students with leading employers on March 30–31, 2026.
Hosted by Çukurova University at its Congress Center, the event brought together key figures from academia, government, and industry. Among the notable attendees were Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security Lutfihak Alpkan, İŞKUR Deputy General Manager Mustafa Işık, and university rectors including Hamit Emrah Beriş and Ali Özen.
Under the theme “The Age of Youth Production,” the two-day fair featured a wide range of activities, including career talks, workshops, panel discussions, and company exhibitions. Numerous national and international companies, along with public institutions, participated in the event.
DABKAF’26 provided students with valuable opportunities to interact directly with employers, explore career paths, and gain practical insights into the professional world, strengthening the bridge between education and employment.
