Universitas Kristen Maranatha officially closed its student orientation program Wiratha Fest 2025 through the Closing Ceremony held on 12 May 2026 at the Prof. Dr. P. A. Surjadi Auditorium. The event was attended by first-year students (class of 2025), mentors, and organizing committee members who guided the program since September 2025.

In her remarks, Vice Rector III Dr. Hanny Juliany Dani emphasized that Wiratha Fest is designed to help new students adapt to university life, including academic adjustment, relationship building, and character development. She highlighted the important role of mentors in supporting students during their transition into campus life.

She further encouraged students to remain active in academic and extracurricular activities, noting that organizational involvement plays a key role in preparing graduates for the professional world. According to her, university education should extend beyond classroom learning to include meaningful participation in campus activities.

The initiative integrates mentoring activities and service learning based on the university’s core values of integrity, care, and excellence.
