Where Leadership Begins and Impact Grows

Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) recently hosted a leadership training programme titled “The Art of Impact: Let Her, Lead Her, Be Her,” aimed at empowering individuals to lead with purpose in both personal and professional spheres. Organised by Ms Hazlina Darman and Dr Meera Eeswaran, the programme gathered 60 participants, including APU students, staff, and external attendees.
Supported by APU’s DIGITGAL and WB Asia Events, the initiative featured three inspiring speakers. Dr Lalua Rahsiad highlighted purpose-driven leadership and resilience, while Mr Majid Hussein emphasised the transformative role of women leaders and the importance of financial independence. Ms Habiba Khatun shared practical insights on navigating professional environments with adaptability and continuous growth.
Through interactive discussions and networking opportunities, participants engaged in meaningful exchanges and peer learning. The programme encouraged individuals to turn inspiration into action, reinforcing that true leadership is defined not by titles, but by influence, initiative, and lasting impact.
