ITB Students Claim National Title at L’Oréal Brandstorm 2026, Advance to Global Finals in Paris

Institut Teknologi Bandung students from the Moneyfesteam group have won 1st place at the L’Oréal Brandstorm 2026 Indonesia National Round, earning the opportunity to represent Indonesia at the international finals in Paris on 18–19 June 2026.
The winning team consists of Rayhan Hidayatul Fikri, Allodya Qonnita (Information Systems and Technology, 2023), and Muhammad Abdillah Putra Alfera (Management, 2023). They impressed judges with their AI-powered luxury fragrance concept, “Azzaro Quintessence,” a modular smart perfume system designed for modern male lifestyles.
The innovation introduces a 4-in-1 fragrance system that allows users to combine up to 15 scent variations in a single bottle, supported by a portable MagSafe-based device and the ZaroApp, an AI-driven platform that personalizes fragrance recommendations based on mood, activity, and personal preferences.
The team’s solution aims to shift the fragrance industry from a “one scent per bottle” model to a “multi-identity fragrance system,” emphasizing personalization, convenience, and sustainability through refill and reward mechanisms.
Another ITB team, AADC, also performed strongly, winning 2nd place and the Favorite Winner award with their smart perfume device “Sillage,” focused on reducing waste and enabling scent layering.
Both teams highlighted the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration, combining technology, design, and business insight. Their achievements reflect ITB’s growing strength in fostering innovation with global relevance.
