MMU and Content Forum Sign MoU to Enhance Academia-Industry Collaboration

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Multimedia University (MMU) and the Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (CMCF) aimed at strengthening collaboration between the academic and industry sectors. The signing occurred on September 18, 2025, at MMU’s campus in Cyberjaya.

Key representatives at the event included Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd. Su’ud, President of MMU, and Datuk Rafiq Razali, Chairman of CMCF. The event also saw the attendance of Ms. Mediha Mahmood, CEO of CMCF, along with Ms. Nadia Mahmud, Dean of the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, and various deans and directors from MMU.
Collaboration Goals
The agreement is intended to facilitate collaboration that enhances MMU’s industry connections and promotes the exchange of practical knowledge and skills, particularly within the creative multimedia sector. It is anticipated that this partnership will provide opportunities for MMU students, thereby equipping them with the skills necessary to contribute effectively to the evolving digital landscape.
