HELP University Children’s Carnival: Celebrating Learning, Creativity, and Community Engagement

HELP University recently organized a Children’s Carnival on March 28, 2025, featuring 64 young participants from Little Caliph Kindergarten and Little Leaders. The event aimed to promote learning, creativity, and community engagement while providing an experiential learning platform.

Coordination by Students

Students from various courses, including BECE1094, BECE3034, DECE1084, and DEDU1083, coordinated the carnival’s activities under the guidance of their lecturers. The planned activities were designed to foster creativity and curiosity among children, creating a supportive and enriching environment.

Engaging Activities

Participants engaged in hands-on experiences across various stations, which included arts and crafts, financial literacy games, and interactive storytelling activities using sticker books. These offerings successfully integrated educational content with play, contributing to a meaningful learning experience for the children.

Positive Feedback

The event received positive feedback from educators from the participating kindergartens, who observed that the activities complemented traditional classroom learning while providing an enjoyable alternative.

Leadership Acknowledgment

Senior Lecturer Ms. Elis Johannes and her team were acknowledged for their leadership and organizational abilities that played a crucial role in the event’s success.
