Thammasat University’s Call Center for COVID-19 vaccine registration set to support Mor-Prom System

Thammasat University set up a Call Center to provide the registration service for COVID-19 vaccination at Rangsit Campus in order to solve the Mor-Prom registration error.

Assoc.Prof. Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector of Thammasat University, together with Professor Dr. Surapon Nitikraipoj, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Thammasat University Hospital, launched the COVID-19 Vaccine Registration Call Center at Thammasat University Hospital, Rangsit Campus, to provide the support due to Mor-Prom application crash that did not allow the targeted population to register.

Thammasat University In collaboration with Thammasat University Hospital and its faculties established the COVID-19 Vaccine Registration Call Center at Rangsit Campus. An appointment can be made by telephone number 02-088-0400 (30 lines) provided by volunteers from Thammasat University. The first batch of volunteers are from the Faculty of Engineering. The Call Center starts providing services from Friday, May 14, from 10:00 a.m. The service hours are from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Vaccination appointments will be processed according to the following dates and time frames:

  1. People aged 60 years and above or those with 7 underlying diseases; chronic respiratory disease, cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease stage 5, all types of cancer and obesity (over 100 kg) that have not made an appointment through Mor-Prom app are allowed to start booking appointments for vaccinations at Thammasat University from 14 May 2021 onwards.
  2. People aged 50 years and above who have registered with the Hospital Number (HN) at Thammasat Hospital (more than 1 million persons) or are staff members of Thammasat University are allowed to start booking appointments for vaccinations at Thammasat University from 17 May 2021 onwards.
  3. People aged 50 years and above whose domicile as shown in their ID cards is in Pathum Thani Province or in the northern zone of Bangkok which Thammasat University is responsible for taking care of referrals in case of COVID-19 infection, including the district of Don Mueang, Sai Mai, Laksi, Bang Sue, Chatuchak, Bang Khen and Ladprao are allowed to start booking appointments for vaccinations from May 24, 2021 onwards.

Vaccination appointments via the Call Center at Thammasat University will be made every day until the end of 2021 or for at least 6 months. The Call Center is closed on Sundays and public holidays. However, vaccination services at the COVID-19 Vaccination Center at Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus (Gymnastics Building 4, Thammasat University, Rangsit Center) is open daily.
