UNJ Students Win BSN Goes to Campus Poster Competition Highlighting Food Safety and AI Governance
Three students from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) achieved recognition in the BSN Goes to Campus Poster Competition, presenting innovative ideas on important issues including food safety, sustainable tourism, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. The competition encouraged students to apply standardisation concepts, particularly the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), to address real-world challenges across different fields.
The awards ceremony was held at the Latief Hendraningrat Hall, UNJ Campus, Jakarta, on July 16, 2026. The event was organised as part of the collaboration between the National Standardisation Agency of Indonesia (BSN) and higher education institutions to strengthen awareness of quality culture and standardisation among students.
Roro Anggraini from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences won first place with her poster on detecting Escherichia coli contamination in food utensils based on SNI standards, highlighting the importance of food safety testing to protect public health.
Second place was awarded to Indra Setiawan from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law for his work on applying CHSE standards to support sustainable tourism development in Desa Wisata Malasari. Meanwhile, Radhitya Alfitoba from the Faculty of Engineering secured third place with a poster discussing SNI-based approaches to mitigating AI misuse in the digital transformation era.
Through their achievements, UNJ students demonstrated how standardisation can contribute to solving social, technological, and environmental challenges while promoting responsible innovation.
