Universitas Muhammadiyah Bekasi Karawang Selected for 2026 Bekasi City Government Scholarship Programme
Universitas Muhammadiyah Bekasi Karawang (UMBK) has once again been selected as one of the higher education institutions participating in the Bekasi City Government Scholarship Programme for the 2026 academic year. The recognition reflects the continued partnership between UMBK and the Bekasi City Government in expanding access to higher education and supporting the development of quality human resources.
As part of its commitment to successfully implementing the programme, UMBK participated in the Scholarship Programme Socialisation Session held by the Bekasi City Government on July 16, 2026. The event provided participating universities with important information regarding scholarship requirements, application procedures, selection processes, and implementation timelines.
The scholarship application period will run from July 20 to August 8, 2026. Eligible students from Bekasi City are encouraged to prepare the required documents and submit their applications according to the established guidelines.
UMBK Vice Rector III, Epen Supendi, S.I.P., M.Si., expressed appreciation for the continued trust from the Bekasi City Government and highlighted the university’s commitment to supporting students throughout the application process. UMBK will provide guidance and administrative assistance to ensure students can access the programme effectively.
