VLUTE Students Gain Practical Logistics Insights Through KENO.12 Workshop

Vinh Long University of Technology Education (VLUTE), in collaboration with ONEX Logistics Training Institute and ONEX Logistics Co., Ltd., successfully organised the KENO.12 Workshop on July 13, 2026, under the theme “What Does a Real Logistics and Import-Export Specialist Do in a Day?” The event attracted more than 300 students from the Faculty of Economics, Law and Tourism, along with lecturers and students from related fields.

The workshop was attended by representatives from ONEX Logistics and ONEX Training, including business leaders and logistics experts, as well as VLUTE’s university leadership, faculty representatives, lecturers, and students.

Opening the programme, VLUTE Vice Rector Associate Professor Dr. Phung The Tuan highlighted the importance of university–industry collaboration in providing students with practical career knowledge. He emphasised that insights from businesses and professionals would help students better understand labour market expectations, develop essential skills, and prepare for future careers in the rapidly evolving logistics and digital transformation landscape.

During the workshop, experts shared practical experiences in logistics and import-export operations, introduced various career roles, and discussed current recruitment trends, professional skills, and workplace expectations. The interactive discussion session allowed students to ask questions and gain valuable perspectives from industry professionals.

Through initiatives such as the KENO.12 Workshop, VLUTE continues to strengthen connections between academic learning and real-world practice while supporting students in developing the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for successful careers.
