Chulalongkorn Students Secure First Prize at PSAT HealthHacks 2025 Competition

Students from Chulalongkorn University have secured first prize in the higher education category at the PSAT HealthHacks 2025, highlighting their innovation in healthcare solutions. The competition, organised by the Pharmacy Student Association of Thailand, focused on the theme “Prevention as the Key to Sustainable Healthcare” and encouraged the development of ideas with real-world commercial potential.

The winning team, “HPV (Hackathon Pharmaceutical Victory),” included students from Chulalongkorn University and Mahidol University, representing disciplines such as pharmacy, engineering, and science. Their collaborative approach demonstrated strong interdisciplinary problem-solving and innovation skills.

The final pitching round took place on 5 April 2026 at Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health. The team’s success reflects the growing capability of young researchers to develop impactful healthcare innovations and contribute to improving Thailand’s healthcare system through practical and scalable solutions.
