UOW Malaysia and The Image Creator Launch High-Impact Business Accelerator for Southeast Asia Entrepreneurs

UOW Malaysia has entered into a partnership with The Image Creator Sdn Bhd and Beyond Innovative Resources Sdn Bhd through a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration aims to introduce the High-Impact Business Acceleration Model (HIBAM), a program designed to enhance business leadership and stimulate growth among entrepreneurs and corporate innovators in Southeast Asia.
MOU for Business Skill Enhancement
The MOU is a collective initiative to improve business skills via targeted education, collaborative projects, and mentorship opportunities across the region. A signing ceremony was held at UOW Malaysia’s Batu Kawan Campus, attended by representatives from various industries, corporate sectors, and academic institutions.
Academic Endorsements
Professor Dr. Chong Beng Keok, Vice-Chancellor of UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College, acknowledged the program’s alignment with the institution’s goal of delivering industry-relevant education and supporting entrepreneurial talent in Malaysia and beyond.
Keynote Address and Insights
Mr. Liu Zhen Hua, Chairman of the China Enterprises Association Northern Malaysia, provided a keynote address at the event, underlining the importance of collaboration in an evolving economic landscape. Additionally, Professor Dr. Hooy Chee Wooi from the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia discussed the opportunities and challenges that will shape the future of business in Asia.
Collaboration and Business Excellence
Dr. Wendy Liew, Organising Chair of HIBAM and Managing Director of The Image Creator Sdn Bhd, emphasized the potential of this collaboration to enhance business excellence in Southeast Asia. Mr. Liu Zhen Hua highlighted that HIBAM will integrate a strategic curriculum with real-world experiences, aiming to prepare business leaders for growth, innovation, and sustainability in the contemporary economic environment.
International Participation
The significance of the memorandum was further underscored by the attendance of international delegates from countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Among these were Dr. Andrea Chow, CEO of ACETS Sdn Bhd, Mr. Krishna Hasudungan Ramadan, CEO of RIS Consulting, and Ms. Agnes Loh, COO of 1% Training Solutions Sdn Bhd.
