University of Nottingham Malaysia Appoints New FASS Dean

Dr Jason Pandya-Wood has been appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) at the University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM). Dr Pandya-Wood has taken over from Professor Chung-Lim Law, who was the interim Dean of FASS since November 2019.

Beginning his appointment in June 2020, Dr Pandya-Wood is now responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of six schools – Business; Economics; Education; English; Media, Languages & Cultures; Politics; and History & International Relations – the Organisational & Applied Psychology Division, the Centre for Language and Foundation Education, and the General Studies Department.

“I am delighted to be joining this prestigious institution and leading one of South East Asia’s most dynamic and innovative centres for the Arts and Social Sciences,” Dr Pandya-Wood said.
