“Enhancing Employee Well-Being and Inclusion: Insights from Kwentuhan sa Cabin Hall at WCC”

WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) recently organized an event titled “Kwentuhan sa Cabin Hall” at its Binalonan campus. This initiative was developed in collaboration with the Human Resources Office and the Guidance and Counseling Office, focusing on promoting holistic growth and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The program encouraged faculty and staff to take time for reflection on their well-being and participate in discussions aimed at cultivating trust, empathy, and respect.
Addressing Work-Related Stress and Burnout
The event addressed issues related to work-related stress and burnout, emphasizing the importance of self-care and emotional well-being. It featured sharing sessions where employees could discuss their experiences and examine strategies to create a more supportive and resilient work environment.
