First Day of LHU Delegation at ASU CINTANA Experience Conference: Insights and Opportunities for Students
On October 21, 2025, a delegation from Lac Hong University (LHU) attended the opening day of the “ASU – CINTANA Experience” conference held at Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe, Arizona, USA. This event brought together leaders, educational experts, and representatives from various member universities within the CINTANA Education network.

The delegation from LHU was headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector, and included four lecturers from the Center of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance, as well as the Faculty of English Language, Faculty of Information Technology, and Faculty of Pharmacy.
Conference Opening Remarks
The conference began with remarks from Mr. Rick Shangraw, President of CINTANA, Ms. Agueda Benito, Global Chief Academic Officer, and Mr. Emiliano Diez, Global Chief Product & Services Officer. After these introductions, Ms. Julia Rosen, Vice President for Global Academic Initiatives at ASU, elaborated on the university’s educational vision and innovative model, emphasizing its repeated recognition as the most innovative institution in the United States.
Campus Tour and Learning Models
Delegates participated in a tour of the ASU Tempe campus, where they engaged with technology-integrated learning models and explored the university’s student startup ecosystem. Afternoon sessions included discussions focused on maximizing the benefits of the ASU and CINTANA partnership, establishing collaboration networks among member universities, and launching new initiatives related to artificial intelligence (AI) and partnerships with leading technology companies.
