Instituto Superior Cristal Partners with STIESIA-Surabaya University and Cyber Cerdika International Polytechnic through MoU
Instituto Superior Cristal (ISC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with STIESIA-Surabaya University and Cyber Cerdika International Polytechnic, based in Cirebon. The agreement was formalized on October 30, 2025, during a ceremony held at the ISC Master’s Program Meeting Room in Balide, Dili, Timor-Leste.
Purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding
The MoU aims to foster collaboration and mutual support among the three institutions, particularly in the fields of Educational Sciences and Health Sciences. It is designed to enhance academic cooperation and expand educational opportunities for both students and faculty members.

The signing event featured notable attendees, including Prof. Dr. Sebastião Pereira, the Rector of ISC, along with his staff, representatives from STIESIA-Surabaya University, and delegates from Cyber Cerdika International Polytechnic.
