Culinary Alumni Chef Nas Inspires Future Chefs at UOW Malaysia

At the UOW Malaysia Glenmarie campus, students from the culinary program participated in an Alumni Sharing Session featuring Chef Muhammad Khoirunnaas Anuar, known as Chef Nas. As a graduate of UOW Malaysia’s Bachelor of Culinary Arts program, Chef Nas discussed his career progression, including his further studies at Alma – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Italy, where he received training from Michelin-starred chefs.
