Paragon International University has announced the continuation of its Rector’s Scholarship Program for the 2025-2026 academic year. The program is designed to offer full and partial scholarships to students who have shown exceptional talent and made notable contributions through social engagement, competitions, and community service.
About the Rector’s Scholarship
Launched in 2020, the Rector’s Scholarship aims to acknowledge and support students who have significantly impacted society and excelled in various domains, such as arts, music, sports, science, technology, leadership, and social initiatives. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to cultivating the potential of young Cambodians and equipping them to become future leaders and innovators.
Application Details
Applications for the 2025-2026 Rector’s Scholarship will be accepted from October 13 to October 23, 2025. Students interested in applying may do so via the official Paragon International University website or the university’s Facebook page for further details.

Rector Dr. Bulat Akhemetkarimov has highlighted the university’s focus on empowering talented youth through educational opportunities. These include a high school diploma, academic transcripts, proof of significant achievements or awards, letters of recommendation or a motivational letter, and evidence of volunteer experience or social contributions, including photographic documentation.
