LHU Student Festival 2025: Over 3,000 Students Celebrate at Lac Hong University
On October 30, 2025, Lac Hong University (LHU) launched its Student Festival 2025 at the Buu Long Tourist Area in Dong Nai, with participation exceeding 3,000 students. This event marks the commencement of the 2025–2026 academic year and aims to create an engaging atmosphere for students across different faculties.
Festival Activities
The two-day festival included a variety of activities aimed at promoting cultural exchange, creativity, and community involvement. Notable highlights encompassed creatively designed camping gates, traditional folk games, the Golden Bell Challenge, musical performances, and food booths featuring local cuisine.
Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony attracted various attendees, including university leaders, staff, and alumni, and underscored the university’s dedication to enhancing student life. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, the Rector of LHU, delivered the opening remarks.
Festival Schedule
The festival was scheduled to take place from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 30 and 31. Students had the opportunity to engage with each other, participate in team-building activities, and enjoy a music and light party featuring various artists.
Awards and Scholarships
Additionally, the opening ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year was set for the evening of October 30, during which scholarships totaling over 9.8 billion VND were to be awarded to K27 students.

The LHU Open Day 2025 was a significant aspect of the events celebrating the new academic year, highlighting the university’s focus on practical education and the comprehensive development of its students to prepare for the challenges of the digital age.
