Ewha University and Dior Strengthen Partnership to Empower Talented Women Through Education

Ewha Womans University has announced the extension of its partnership with the global fashion brand Christian Dior for another year, continuing their joint efforts to promote women’s education and empowerment through the Women@Dior program.
About the Women@Dior Program
Since its inception in 2022, the Women@Dior program has aimed to support female talent at Ewha by advocating for gender equality and sustainability. The initiative, which receives support from UNESCO, serves as a global mentoring and educational platform for women from 75 partner institutions worldwide. Participants benefit from various resources, including scholarships, mentorship opportunities with professionals from Dior, and online educational lectures.
The program’s objectives include fostering independence, building self-confidence, facilitating networking among women, and contributing to a sustainable future.
Collaboration with Ewha University
Ewha University is noted as the first institution in South Korea to establish a partnership with Dior, and their collaboration has spanned multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing women’s education. Joint activities have included events such as the Dior autumn fashion show, which took place at the Ewha Campus Complex in April 2022.
Dior has indicated plans to continue its financial support for Ewha’s initiatives focused on developing and empowering female students.
