Registration Open for Student Council Presidents at IPB University – Important Dates and Requirements

IPB University has announced the opening of the registration process for the President of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) for the academic year 2025. This initiative, which has been implemented since 2019, seeks to recognize and appreciate students who have demonstrated leadership skills during their high school tenure.

Selection Process for Student Council President
The pathway for the Student Council President is an independent selection process aimed at identifying students who have exhibited leadership capabilities as student council heads in high school, in addition to meeting the academic standards required for enrollment at IPB University. The initiative aims to nurture future leaders who approach leadership with a scientific mindset.
Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility requirements for applicants include being graduates of 2025 and having served at least one term as the head of their student council. Applicants must provide a Principal’s Recommendation Letter affirming their role along with the Principal’s Decree of appointment.
Required Documents
Required documents for the registration process encompass the following:
- A recent photograph with a red or white background
- A Letter of Recommendation for Student Council President from the Principal
- The Principal’s Decree of appointment as OSIS President
- Certificates of extracurricular achievements (up to three, if available)
- Family Card (KK)
- Parents’ income slip
- Proof of recent electricity bill payments
- A commitment to tuition fee payment
