The Faculty of Cinematic Arts (FCA) at Multimedia University received notable recognition during the Taylor’s University Film Festival (TUFF) on November 21, 2025. The faculty’s short film, *Blooming Stone*, earned the Best Actress Award, which was awarded to Sze Rong Chan for her portrayal of Siew An, a young girl facing the challenges of wartime Malaysia.
Acknowledgment of Talent
Additionally, another film from the FCA, titled *The Conclusion* and directed by Sashwin Chandrasegeran, was honored with an Honorable Mention. This film, which explores the emotional reconnection between a father and son, was well-received by the festival audience.
