Jesselton University College (JUC) Partners with HRDC National Training Week to Offer Free Short Course on Effective Leadership
Kota Kinabalu, 19 May 2023 – Jesselton University College (JUC) is pleased to announce its collaboration with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) on National Training Week to host an enriching and empowering short course titled “Effective Leadership.” The course, designed to enhance leadership skills and abilities, will be conducted on 19th May 2023 at the JUC campus, and is open to the public, free of charge.
The “Effective Leadership” short course will span 3 hours, providing participants with valuable insights into the principles and practices of effective leadership. Led by experienced and esteemed instructors, the course aims to equip attendees with the tools necessary to excel as effective leaders in their respective fields.
The course will cover essential topics such as decision-making, communication, team building, and conflict resolution, among others. Participants can look forward to engaging discussions, interactive activities, and real-life case studies that illustrate effective leadership in action.
