MSU President Tago’s Official Visit to MSU-Masiu and MSU-Tamparan Community High Schools – Enhancing Quality Education and Cultural Preservation

On January 15, 2026, MSU System President Atty. Paisalin P.D. Tago, accompanied by university officials, visited the MSU-Masiu Community High School. The visit aimed to highlight the Meranaw heritage with a formal reception hosted by school officials, alongside a welcome address from Municipal Mayor Engr. Romil M. Guiling. The event featured cultural performances, a campus tour, and a gathering that included the sharing of local cuisine.

Subsequently, the delegation continued to MSU-Tamparan Community High School, where they received a warm reception from faculty, staff, and students. These visits were designed to demonstrate the MSU System’s commitment to its community-based campuses, emphasizing the significance of addressing their needs as part of the university’s development strategies.
