University of Phayao’s School of Liberal Arts Competes in the 2025 “Chinese Bridge” National Speech and Knowledge Contest

A student from the Chinese Language Program at the University of Phayao’s School of Liberal Arts recently participated in the 24th annual “Chinese Bridge” National Final Speech and Knowledge Competition for University Students. The event took place on July 2, 2025, at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University in Bangkok.

Competition Overview

This year’s competition included 133 participants from 30 higher education institutions across the country. The competition commenced with a written examination, followed by a series of interviews. Phanthiwa Hoidokhom, a fourth-year student, successfully advanced to the national finals, which featured a prepared speech and a talent performance.

Awards and Recognition

Phanthiwa was recognized for her skills and dedication, receiving an honorable mention in the contest. Her coach, Mongkhon Chaiarram, was awarded the Outstanding Instructor Award, while the School of Liberal Arts at the University of Phayao received the Outstanding Institution Award for its commendable performance in the competition.
