Programme Launch and Structure
Set to launch in August 2025, the NBS Global Leaders programme is available to students enrolled in business or accountancy degrees. A key component of the curriculum includes a semester-long exchange at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where participants will focus on enhancing cultural intelligence and expanding their international networks.
Final Year Projects
In their final year, students will work in teams on a substantial project that addresses a specific community need, supported by a funding allocation of $10,000. Projects may involve launching a social enterprise or developing products tailored to community requirements.
Internships and Mentorship
Moreover, the programme incorporates local and international internships, a six-month mentorship with prominent executives, and a series of workshops designed to sharpen business acumen and soft skills.
